I've spent a lot of time in the Southern States of the US and watched this program when it was broadcast

When they painted the messages on the car I started laughing out loud.

Partly because I expected them to get into trouble but also because of the arrogance and cultural superiority of the British Middle classes when they travel abroad. People like that never really expect to get into trouble. Whether they are dealing Pathan tribesmen in Afghanistan or Rednecks in Alabama - the results are always the same
